Extremely poor service and support.

The service and customer support are extremely poor. I've consistently faced issues with slow speeds and a lack of internet connectivity. Despite numerous calls to the support team, I haven't received any meaningful assistance. Often, there is no internet available at all. I cannot recommend this service.

I had a fantastic experience. The technician who came to set up the internet was very friendly and performed excellently. I've been with the service for a few months now, and the internet has been flawless, no issues whatsoever.

Disappointing Service Experience

I began my journey with the service in my new flat 13 years ago, but after a sale to another company, things changed. In 2024, a new provider took over, which had a questionable reputation. Due to my health issues, I rely heavily on the internet for shopping and catching up on shows, not for gaming. Unfortunately, the service was more often unavailable than operational in January 2025, with nine days of complete outage and daily interruptions. I received numerous messages about technical problems in my area, apologizing for the inconvenience. Their contract is effectively 'null and void' since they haven't provided a reliable internet connection, yet I continue to receive emails and texts about an outstanding balance of £245.96. This has been the worst experience I've ever encountered with a provider. I will not be paying them any money.

Avoid this service

Unfortunately, the service was down more than it was operational in January 2025, with a nine-day outage. I received numerous messages about a 'technical issue' in my area, which was inconvenient. Their contract is 'null and void' as they haven't provided me with a fully functioning internet connection, yet I still receive emails demanding payment. They are the worst service I have ever encountered; they will not receive any payments from me.
