I began my journey with the service in my new flat 13 years ago, but after a sale to another company, things changed. In 2024, a new provider took over, which had a questionable reputation. Due to my health issues, I rely heavily on the internet for shopping and catching up on shows, not for gaming. Unfortunately, the service was more often unavailable than operational in January 2025, with nine days of complete outage and daily interruptions. I received numerous messages about technical problems in my area, apologizing for the inconvenience. Their contract is effectively 'null and void' since they haven't provided a reliable internet connection, yet I continue to receive emails and texts about an outstanding balance of £245.96. This has been the worst experience I've ever encountered with a provider. I will not be paying them any money.
