I’m extremely dissatisfied with the electric toothbrush, not because of the device itself, but due to the very poor user support. The user manual provided is minimal and unhelpful. When I tried to find proper instructions online, the links on the official website simply didn’t work. This was incredibly frustrating for a product at this price point. To make matters worse, there’s no easy way to contact customer support — no live chat, no email, no functional online help. The only option is to call them, which is cumbersome and outdated. For a “smart” electric toothbrush, the overall user experience feels anything but intelligent. Basic setup and support should not be this difficult. I expected much better from a reputable brand.
