The most negligent and disorganized service I've encountered.

I have never experienced a company as negligent, disorganized, and untrustworthy as this one. I returned an item using their QR-code return process. Tracking confirms it was delivered to their returns department on 28 November. Despite this, the company has spent weeks denying receipt, contradicting themselves, and repeatedly requesting information they already possess. Their customer service seems designed for delay and deflection: • Requesting a physical post office receipt for a QR-code return (which does not provide one) • Claiming the item hasn’t been received despite confirmed delivery • Repeatedly asking for the same tracking details • Failing to respond appropriately or take responsibility for the issue • Ignoring the fact that the legal 14-day refund deadline has long passed At every turn, I faced delays, stonewalling, and scripted responses that contradicted reality. This did not feel like an honest mistake — it felt intentional. In my opinion, this behavior is misleading and completely unacceptable for a global brand. A company should not accept returned goods, hold them for weeks, and then attempt to wear customers down into giving up. That is not customer service — it is obstruction. I ultimately had to escalate the issue to a payment platform because the company refused to process a refund they were clearly obligated to issue. Without this platform, I have no confidence that they would refund customers at all. This company cannot be trusted to: • honor their own returns policy • process refunds within legal timeframes • communicate honestly with customers Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone thinking of ordering directly from this company to reconsider. If something goes wrong, you will encounter delay, denial, and excuses. Absolutely disgraceful behavior from a company of this size.

Disheartening experience with the toothbrush

I’m really disappointed with the electric toothbrush, not because of the product itself, but due to the extremely inadequate user support. The manual provided is very limited and offers little assistance. When I attempted to locate helpful instructions online, the links on the official website simply didn’t function. This was incredibly frustrating for a product in this price range. To make matters worse, there’s no straightforward way to reach customer support — no live chat, no email, no effective online assistance. The only option available is to call them, which feels inconvenient and outdated. For a so-called “smart” electric toothbrush, the overall user experience is anything but intelligent. Basic setup and support should not be this challenging. I anticipated much more from a well-known brand.

Unacceptable support and inadequate user manual

When I tried to find proper instructions online, the links on the official website simply didn’t work. This was incredibly frustrating for a product at this price point. To make matters worse, there’s no easy way to contact customer support — no live chat, no email, no functional online help. The only option is to call them, which is cumbersome and outdated. For a “smart” electric toothbrush, the overall user experience feels anything but intelligent. Basic setup and support should not be this difficult. I expected much better from a reputable brand.

Where is my order?

I have been trying for days to find out what is happening with my order which was placed recently. I received an email stating that my order was delayed and have since gotten various replies to my concerns about delivery. The first response indicated it was due to be dispatched, then I was told via phone that it was stuck and that I would receive a dispatch email soon. Later, I was informed again that it had been dispatched, but it was late by just a day. I replied stating it clearly hadn’t been dispatched, and was told to wait for tracking updates, yet I have no tracking as there was no dispatch email. I just responded explaining this again but received the same automated email stating my order is delayed. I have never encountered such inconsistent and dreadful customer service. This was meant to be a gift!

Terrible customer service

The customer service is unacceptable. I placed an order for next day delivery but received emails indicating delays without any explanation. Two weeks later, I reached out and discovered it was out of stock, with no clarity on when it would be fulfilled. I inquired about swapping the color and was told that was not possible and I would need to spend more money and wait for a refund on the initial order. They are still advertising the out-of-stock item for next day delivery, misleading other customers. This has been the worst shopping experience I’ve had in a long time. I recommend shopping elsewhere!

Extremely poor customer service

The customer service is very disappointing. They fail to follow up on open cases. After my initial email, they responded with a list of questions, but never followed up. This is incredibly frustrating and a waste of time. If you’re in a certain region, it’s best to avoid them altogether — despite claiming delivery availability, they simply do not deliver.

The battery life is very poor and customer service is even worse. They completely disregard consumer rights. A previous brand's toothbrush I used for years is still functioning well.

Avoid at all costs!

The customer service is very disappointing. My parcel was left outside my residence without my consent and subsequently went missing. Even though I never received it, I was asked for a crime reference number just to continue the claim. Almost a month has passed with no resolution or support. This has been a very poor experience regarding a simple delivery issue.

What happened to the colored rings?

What has happened to the colored rings that used to come with the brush heads? I ordered a set of brush heads and there were no colored rings included. I’ve checked various sources and it seems the new brushes don’t come with rings at all. This is concerning as it complicates hygiene practices. I’m not impressed and will seek alternatives that include color rings in the future.
