I have been trying for days to find out what is happening with my order which was placed recently. I received an email stating that my order was delayed and have since gotten various replies to my concerns about delivery. The first response indicated it was due to be dispatched, then I was told via phone that it was stuck and that I would receive a dispatch email soon. Later, I was informed again that it had been dispatched, but it was late by just a day. I replied stating it clearly hadn’t been dispatched, and was told to wait for tracking updates, yet I have no tracking as there was no dispatch email. I just responded explaining this again but received the same automated email stating my order is delayed. I have never encountered such inconsistent and dreadful customer service. This was meant to be a gift!
