The manual provided is very limited and offers little assistance. When I attempted to locate helpful instructions online, the links on the official website simply didn’t function. This was incredibly frustrating for a product in this price range. To make matters worse, there’s no straightforward way to reach customer support — no live chat, no email, no effective online assistance. The only option available is to call them, which feels inconvenient and outdated. For a so-called “smart” electric toothbrush, the overall user experience is anything but intelligent. Basic setup and support should not be this challenging. I anticipated much more from a well-known brand.
