The company told me they were a small family business based in the UK.My tap took 15 days to arrive, from China! It was broken.I sent a picture to the company and they offered me a 30% refund.when I did not accept they offered me 40%.I refused again and was told if I wanted a full refund I had to send the broken tap back to China.I feel they are trading under false pretences.
