If I could give this minus stars I would. Ordered what was marketed as a ‘heavy duty’ rug. It arrived scrunched up in a plastic bag and was not the sort of quality you expect for a product I’d paid £80-odd pounds for. Printed velour material, a thin piece of foam in the middle and what I can only describe as thin material with slipper grips underneath. It was more akin to a pair of cheap supermarket slippers.I contacted Oraliu customer services and was told I could have a percentage refund and keep the item. When I refused each time, the percentage was increased. I stuck with the fact I wanted a full refund when I was told that I’d need to send the item back to CHINA at my own expense (not cheap from Europe!).This company need reporting for misleading advertising, not respecting consumer rights, fake advertising, fake representation and not being clear with their returns policy they claim is ‘hassle free’. This is nothing but a budget Temu - avoid at all costs!If you have time, do report them to the Chinese Consumers Association, as it might stop them ripping off others.
