I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. I ordered a rug from Oraliu and received a faulty item. I provided photos and asked about their return policy for defective products. Instead of offering a proper resolution, they repeatedly tried to give me partial refunds — first 30%, then 40% — claiming it would “save me the hassle” of returning the item.After several emails insisting on my consumer right to a full refund and for them to cover the return postage for a faulty product, they informed me that they had refunded only 50%, and would issue the remaining 50% after the item arrived at their warehouse. They made no mention of reimbursing the return postage, which costs over £30 to send back to China.Despite saying they want to “make things easy,” they have not upheld my consumer rights or offered a full refund without additional cost to me. Very disappointing experience. Avoid this company.
