When I called, I was told to wait another 10 business days. After a week, I inquired again and was told there were issues with the shared network, but when I asked what to do, I was told nothing could be done, so I canceled my request. They seemed to disregard my time and situation entirely. I also faced significant challenges trying to cancel another subscription, having to navigate through unnecessary steps instead of a simple cancellation option. I would rate them negatively if I could.
