Extremely Poor Internet Quality

This is the worst internet service I have ever experienced. I frequently lose connection without any reason, and there are constant drops in internet speed. I cannot recommend this service.

Cancellation Process is a Nightmare

The cancellation process feels like a calculated trap. Ending my subscription has turned into a frustrating delay tactic. The procedure for unsubscribing is not just complicated; it seems intentionally designed to maximize profit. Even with physical locations, the cancellation must be done over the phone, forcing customers into a frustrating cycle of calls. If there's any delay in cancellation, it results in extra charges for another month. This is not customer service; it’s a strategy to profit from customer frustration. Please respect your customers and provide a straightforward cancellation process.

Unacceptable Subscription Experience

I attempted to subscribe to an internet plan, and the representative informed me it would take 2 days for installation. Two weeks later, nothing had happened. When I called, I was told to wait another 10 business days. After a week, I inquired again and was told there were issues with the shared network, but when I asked what to do, I was told nothing could be done, so I canceled my request. They seemed to disregard my time and situation entirely. I also faced significant challenges trying to cancel another subscription, having to navigate through unnecessary steps instead of a simple cancellation option. I would rate them negatively if I could.

Poor Internet Speed

Based on other reviews, it's clear how poor this service is. I have an unlimited package but am receiving less than 1mb of internet speed. It feels like my data is moving at a snail's pace. If the service can't be managed properly, perhaps it's time to bring in better leadership.

Dreadful Service and Attitude

My home WiFi cut out nine times in one year. When I tried to cancel, I was redirected through several salespeople who tried to persuade me to stay. They were rude and made fun of me for my language skills. I had to repeatedly go back to my local agency because they kept adding new requirements to cancel. The service and treatment I received were terrible, and I wish I could file a complaint that would impact their business.
