This has been the worst experience I've had with a company. I hope it faces consequences similar to others and exits the market. They use shady tactics, calling you at the last minute when you want to cancel a subscription, insisting on processes that prevent immediate termination. They delay responses to complaints and make it difficult to file them properly. It's incredibly frustrating.
