On November 25th, I entered into a contract for repair services covering devices like cellphones, tablets, and TVs. I was advised to purchase a promotional plan at a lower price (60 RON/month). However, I was asked to pay 415.11 RON plus an additional 30 RON. I was informed that this substantial amount would cover about seven months of service (it was a credit!). Having had a negative experience with another provider, I accepted this offer. In December, I received a bill for 21 RON, which I paid. In January, I was surprised to receive a bill for 92 RON. When I inquired about this discrepancy, I received no email response. A visit to the store revealed that since I only paid 21 RON in December, I was responsible for the remaining balance in January. I questioned the 30 RON paid in November, but received no explanation. I pointed out that the 415.11 RON I had paid as credit should apply, but they insisted that this amount would only be available after seven months. No one had informed me of this beforehand. They have taken 415.11 RON in advance, plus 30 RON, 21 RON (December), and 92 RON in January. This feels like theft! Dishonest and corrupt practices are evident. They mislead customers into purchasing promotions while exploiting them financially. A truly terrible experience.
