I really want to try their service, but despite leaving phone messages and attempting to contact their support via email, I've had no response. Currently, there's no way to create an account on their site. I'm unclear if they're winding down operations or something similar, but reaching them has been impossible. I'm left searching for alternatives, which is frustrating because their service seems ideal for my needs. I'm posting this review in hopes that someone will finally reach out to me.
