I really want to try their service, but despite leaving phone messages and attempting to contact support via email, I've received no replies. Currently, I can't even create an account on their site. I'm unsure if they're winding down operations or something similar, but reaching them has been impossible. I'm left searching for alternatives, which is disappointing since their service seems ideal for my needs. I'm posting this review in hopes that someone will finally reach out to me.
