Frank at Orant Neon did a fantastic job! Feedback during the design and review process was handled quickly and communicated efficiently. When the sign arrived, there was a printing error with the coloration of the logo. Not having dealt with Orant before, I was worried that it would be a hassle to have it corrected. I sent one email, with a photo of the issue, to Frank and he responded right away saying they were going to re-print the sign and ship it to me for free -- no hassle on my part at all. The replacement sign arrived extremely fast and I'm ecstatic with the result. Great job!
