Parts have not been sent, and Hugo, who runs the operation, keeps making one excuse after another. Now he’s gone totally silent and ignores all my messages.I placed my order at the start of the year and have received absolutely nothing. Initially, Hugo promised multiple times that it would be shipped, but after countless delays, he just stopped replying. I really needed these parts, and it’s clear I’m not going to get them.
