Hugo is a piece of work.I ordered 3 rolls of PLA 7 months ago. Fairly straightforward. Just find 3 rolls, if they don't quite match, no big deal in my books, it's PLA, give me a good quality product, maybe a notification if you need to substitute, or you can refund me, no big deal, whatever is easiest.Two months ago, I realize I haven't received the product. Guess they lost it and I forgot, I'l send an email. No reply. Same thing two weeks later.Then I use the chat feature and start getting replies:- "I'll take care of it"- "Issues with the shipping label"- "I'm out of office"Mind you I had to go back to his website every week to get these updates.Then I find the phone number. Works the first time, no doesn't reply anymore.I've seen screenshots of him saying the bank has issues for the refund, client gets no refund. I've seen many instances of him not shipping out items. Avoid his store at any cost. A lesson learned to check trustpilot. At least I can (just barely) still chargeback.
