Terrible customer service. No consideration for circumstances of the customer. They want to charge over $3000 for a change to a flight (that only cost $1600). The change is due to a death in the family. Spoke to the airline who do not charge anything but the fee which is $200 and I am more than happy to pay. Orbitz are not able to help and get this changed to accommodate the funeral date by 1 day. Totally inconsiderate and unwilling to help
