The plumber came the day after my phone call as arranged, identified the cause of the problem which was a much reduced flow of hot water from the kitchen mixer tap, replaced a faulty part and removed the airlock so that the hot water was flowing normally again. He was pleasant and efficient.
I have used Orca for a variety of work over the last year (new boiler, moving a radiator) and every time the service from booking to carrying out the work is excellent. My latest use was annual boiler service, the communication about the booking and the notice of arrival on the day is excellent. The prices are fair and the service brilliant. Highly recommend.
Company were very easy to deal with to book an appointment for a boiler service. Costs were made clear in advance. Kept updated on engineer arrival. The engineer was prompt, polite and very professional. Received report and invoice promptly following visit. Would recommend and will be using again.
