The Black Friday pricing was great, but I ran into a lot of confusion with the referral system and the patient portal. I couldn’t log out to use my own referral link, the pages kept looping incorrectly, and it wasn’t clear when or how the $50 referral credit would apply. I spent about 4–5 hours trying to get everything to work, which really took the excitement out of the signup process.Once I finally got through to support, the team itself was helpful and polite. But the referral and login issues make the process feel more complicated than it should be, and it honestly makes me unsure if I’ll continue past the starter program unless these parts become more reliable.If someone from the team could reach out to help resolve the credit issue, or offer something to make up for the time spent troubleshooting, I’d really appreciate it. I’m happy to update my review if the experience improves.
