The ordering process was terrible, CC was charged then nothing for several days, lots of messages back and forth. Finally my 3 month supply shipped. Arrived quickly and packaged well. Unfortunately each vile has a BUD of 4/4/26 this is fine for the first month but the next two will be past the BUD before I have even opened them. The viles are also printed with a "not for resale" on the bottle.
After reaching out several times I was sent a letter and told that there should be a sticker on the lid of each vial that should have a different bud date. That should be good BUD. The letter was from pro RX. When I looked at my vials there is no sticker and my vials came from casa RX not pro RX
I was told I would be getting a call from somebody to resolve this but instead I got another text stating that the BUD is fine and I should just go ahead and use the medication.
I've outlined all of the above with pictures and asked for a refund/order cancellation

I strongly urge anyone considering Orderly Meds to do serious research before trusting them with your health or your money.
My experience with this telehealth weight-loss service has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. After meeting with the provider, I was clearly told I would transition to the 7.5 dose. Instead, Orderly Meds sent the wrong prescription dosage and then blamed their “system limitations” rather than correcting the issue. Customer service refused to resolve it and simply told me a supervisor would call within 24–48 hours, which is unacceptable when patients are paying for medical care.
There seems to be a major disconnect between what the doctor recommends and what the company actually sends to patients. If you are paying for access to a provider, the treatment plan should actually be followed. Instead, I was started on the lowest starting dose of Tirzepatide, even though I had previously been on the highest dose of semaglutide.
Even more concerning, I followed a healthy diet and consistent exercise routine for 6 months and did not lose a single pound while using medication from this company. A couple years ago, with a different provider prescribing semaglutide, I lost 50 pounds in 6 months, so I know my body responds to these medications when they are legitimate and properly managed.
This experience has made me seriously question the pharmacies used and the quality of the medication being sent. When you are dealing with prescription medications, patients deserve confidence that everything is handled properly and under appropriate standards.
At this point, I do not trust Orderly Meds at all. I am now fighting tooth and nail to either receive the correct medication that was originally prescribed or to get my money refunded. The amount of runaround and lack of accountability has been unbelievable.
Because of this experience, I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding these business practices. Patients deserve transparency, proper prescriptions, and responsive customer service when dealing with something as important as their health.
This has been an extremely disappointing and stressful experience, and unfortunately I cannot recommend Orderly Meds to anyone based on how my situation has been handled.

I would not recommend Orderly Meds. They use third-party compounding pharmacies that you don’t get to choose, and I received medication with the wrong concentration and incorrect dosing instructions compared to what was prescribed. When I tried to get help, they would not allow me to change pharmacies, wouldn’t offer a refund, and provided little support to resolve the issue. There are other reputable telehealth providers at the same price or cheaper that offer pharmacy transparency and actually help if dosing or prescription problems come up. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Ordering the product no problem receiving the product no problem. Quality product? Problem. Problem because in January I got product through another company and i started to feel hunger suppression immediately, there were some side effects, and weight loss. 10 pounds in the first month to be exact.
One week into using the medication from this company, second injection. I have breakthrough hunger, zero side effects, and I've gained 5 pounds.
Im exercising, eating small portions of protein throughout the day and sleeping well drinking lots of water. Nothing has changed. The first week on the other company's product I lost four pounds. Gaining weight on a weight loss drug just screams scam as loud as it can possibly be screamed.
I don't know what the heck I am putting in my body.
I can't recommend this company if the customer service sucked but the product were great that would be better. They also don't respond to messages. Can't recommend.

It took 2 weeks to finally put my order in and now that I thought I placed my refill request bc I was charged for it I just found out that my order has not been placed what a joke how does it take over a week after charging someone to do absolutely nothing my extra isn’t even written or at the pharmacy not to mention that it obviously has not started the shipping journey yet. Do better

I have asked them multiple times to cancel my account and to stop contacting me and they refuse….it is harassment at this point!!

Caution: Extremely Delayed Order

Caution: I have been waiting for over a month, and my order remains 'at pharmacy.' I've been informed multiple times about a 'glitch' in the system, with November and December being particularly problematic. There is a lack of transparency. I placed my order in mid-December, and now I'm told I must wait until they resolve these issues or I can cancel and reorder, which has already occurred once when I requested a cancellation and refund. Given my experience with this service so far, I seriously doubt it will go smoothly.

Thorough Research Led Me to a Great Choice

I took my time to read everything carefully before choosing a service, given the many options available. I was thrilled and eagerly awaiting to begin this journey, so I naturally reached out for shipping details, and it turned out to be the day the medication was dispatched. I could track the package right to my doorstep via the shipping website. The packaging was discreet, and the ice pack remained frozen upon delivery. I've just embarked on this journey and look forward to sharing a medication review in about six months.

Unresponsive service after charging my card.

They charged my card and then provided no further assistance. I had to secure a refund through my credit card company. All my attempts to communicate were ignored. They did nothing beyond the initial charge.
