Caution: I have been waiting for over a month, and my order remains 'at pharmacy.' I've been informed multiple times about a 'glitch' in the system, with November and December being particularly problematic. There is a lack of transparency. I placed my order in mid-December, and now I'm told I must wait until they resolve these issues or I can cancel and reorder, which has already occurred once when I requested a cancellation and refund. Given my experience with this service so far, I seriously doubt it will go smoothly.
