Should be shut down, don't believe a word they say Ordered food from a takeaway restaurant, who never received the money or order but orderyoyo took the money from my account and we received an order number.We took the order number to the restaurant who showed us their ledger, confirming they never received the order details or money.After numerous calls to dead end numbers and options, I raised a complaint on their system. After initial contact from one of their customer service members, they now refuse to respond to any follow ups.They seem intent on acknowledging your email, but as soon as you show you're serious about obtaining a refund, they stop responding.
