They don't care. They won't refund you. They won't help you. I ordered food that arrived 2 hours and 15 minutes late and cold. They said to get in touch with restaurant. I explained that I couldn't. They said they would they. They explained they couldn't. I asked for a refund. They said they couldn't. I called them they didn't answer the phone. I got several different messages explaining several different things. They don't care. They aren't going to refund you if you have an issue.

This service is taking a commission without justification! I already have my own website, and they are misleadingly promoting another site, which prevents us from receiving all our earnings. I want to remove their webpage from my business and promote my own site instead.

Order Issues and Poor Communication

I placed an order at 5:20 PM, but there was no acknowledgment as the order wheel just kept spinning. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times after an hour, but no one answered. I’m extremely frustrated with money pending out of my account and no food.

Delayed Order and Refund Process

Money was taken from my account, but the food never arrived. I emailed with no response and called twice without any pickup. Edit: The refund was processed quickly, and the support was helpful.
