Why would anyone use this company. Clearly fraudulent and have no intention of providing any customer care. Edited Response:This isn’t accurate. I responded multiple times with the same message explaining that I couldn’t reach anyone, yet I repeatedly received the same automated reply telling me to contact the restaurant. I kept explaining that their phone wasn’t working, but no one on your side was willing to assist. The entire interaction felt automated and unhelpful, and it clearly showed a lack of genuine care for the customer. My review stays the same and is justified in doing so. Edited to 2nd response:As you can imagine, being asked the same question repeatedly can only lead to frustration. My anger was a direct result of the poorly automated responses and the apparent unwillingness to assist when help was needed. It feels petty that my frustrated replies were highlighted, yet the lack of effective support at the time is what provoked them. Had proper assistance been provided as claimed, my responses would never have escalated in the first place.Final edit: Yoyo attempted to have my review removed by claiming it was inflammatory, but the request was rejected and my review remains. If they put the same effort into improving their customer service as they do into suppressing negative feedback, customers wouldn’t feel the need to leave such reviews in the first place.
