ORDO have since contacted me and after 4 weeks of their excellent customer support, I have now re-evaluated my review. Again i was mistaken about ORDO as I had never heard of them before until Dentist mentioned them. The only time you know about how good a company is when you actually have a problem. They listened, acted upon it and provided a replacement. Again they went above and beyond by looking into my Carpel tunnel issue and provided advice, support and an alterative product that has made a difference to my toothbrush experience. Hence I am giving them a deserved 5 star, considering I am a tough cookie to satisfy and very rarely give out 5 stars. But their new product has made a big difference to my hand and wrist issue which I have been struggling with for 5 years. Surgeon / Experts has advised an operation and I have managed to avoid this intrusive op. with no guarantees. Now via conservative management and the new ORDO product is helping me pain free. I am not off the pain killers.
