I received my new toothbrush and it's simply amazing! It came fully charged, and I couldn't wait to try it. The sensation was intense, almost like a mouthful of buzzing bees, in a good way—truly unlike anything I've felt before! It cleaned my teeth exceptionally well, outperforming any other electric toothbrush I've used. Plus, it's USB-C, so I can easily charge it with my phone cable wherever I am, and it seems to have great battery life compared to previous models! However, I do miss the case from my last toothbrush; the current brush cap isn't quite as impressive.
Everything has been positive so far; I truly enjoy the toothbrushes, and my teeth feel exceptionally clean. The packaging was excellent. While I can't speak to their longevity yet, the 12-month warranty I registered for gives me assurance. Based on my experience, I've already begun recommending them.
I'm still awaiting my delivery, which was scheduled for yesterday between 11:49 AM and 8:00 PM. I waited for it, but I've received no updates or notifications. I've contacted the delivery service, and they indicated it would take a full working day to respond. Please assist.
I ordered four replacement brush heads and received a notification that they would be delivered by a courier service. However, the delivery photo showed they were left on the public footpath instead of at my back door as instructed. When I got home, they were gone, likely taken by someone else. I informed the company, and they promptly sent four more at no extra cost. The courier delivered them on time and to the correct location. Thank you!
