Ridiculous. Like a similar review below, they ran my card multiple times and said each time the card was declined when the funds were already pulled from my account. Called my bank and they assured me that the funds were on the companies end and have been pulled from my account and that the company needs to give me the rental or offer a refund. After talking to various people, got told there were no funds on their end, therefore no refund necessary. The money was literally pulled out of my account (THE BANK SAID SO) and is on my statement. Bye vacation, hello fraud claim.
