THESE REVIEWS ARE FAKE. I was skeptical when I wanted to buy this item because as a web developer I knew this website was horrible and probably made in China. But i read the reviews (skeptical again because I had a feeling they were fake) I decided I will give it a try and boy was i wrong. I bought an essential oil and the raindrop. After I purchased the order two days later they sent an e-mail stating that they do not deliver to Canada and I must pay $20 USD in express shipping.LIKE WHAT?? My credit card was already charged the price of this so I would lose the conversion anyways if I cancel the order. such a scam. So i ended up paying express. IF YOU DONT DELIVER TO CANADA THEN DONT LET US BUY IT.Anyways I finally get my order and guess what. THE BOX WAS EMPTY. I was mortified. I spent over $300 CAD to get an empty box? So I emailed customer service who were far from helpful. They refused to process a refund stating that "the product must have been tampered with in transit" but took no accountability that they could have messed up. Now i am out $300. Save yourself and don't buy from this company they are a scam. I should have known better tbh.
