Best customer service I've ever experienced! And the products are amazing, they fit perfectly and feel very soft am comfy. Shoutout to Christian from customer service, after my order never arrived for some reason, he immediately tried to track it down and then had a replacement shipped right after, which I received just a couple of days later. At first I was mad that I had ordered something so expensive that was then lost in the mail, but Christian managed to turn that negative into a huge positive and now I'm already thinking about what to order next :)
