The experience was generally satisfactory and ordering was straightforward. Everything arrived as expected. However, after the first wash, one of the items had loose threads, despite being washed on a gentle cycle with cold water and air-dried. The quality isn't quite there. I do like some of the other items I received, so we'll see how they hold up.
