It is a bit pricier, but knowing the meat comes from animals that were humanely treated and lived well, along with being organic, makes it worth every penny. The lamb chops are incredibly succulent and flavorful. The lamb ribs are juicy and meaty, not just fatty. I haven't prepared the oxtail yet, but it arrived well packaged with what appears to be a good portion. I will definitely order again and continue to support local farmers.
