I’ve just cooked the Rump of beef which I bought this week! It’s was on special offer which encouraged me to try it - I usually have a sirloin joint.
Cooked it for 45 minutes, wrapped and rested for 30 minutes …… oh my goodness - the taste was amazing - I could have sliced it with a butter knife!
There are two of us, we had a great roast dinner last night, cold cuts and jacket potato with salad for lunch, I’ve plated a roast dinner for my husband’s lunch tomorrow and we’ve still got some left for sandwiches! Honestly the joint that keeps on giving! Fabulous
As an aside the turkey wings, sensational, the turkey legs amazing!
