Sent the wrong product then didn't allow return even though I responded within literally an hour of receiving the order.Instead of sending two packages of 1000 seeds that are typically shoebox size and weigh 3.5 pounds, they sent two thin 3.5" x 4.75" packages of some tiny mysterious seeds, maybe 200 seeds each that weigh several ounces total.When I responded within 1 hour of receiving the fraudulent package, they said "Your return request was declined because we only accept items that are returned within the time limit of our return policy."Hundreds of customers have left similar reviews.
