I am incredibly disappointed with this experience and feel it is necessary to warn other growers. I placed an order for Plumeria Rubra seeds (£39.00), expecting a legitimate product.
First, despite the branding implying otherwise, these seeds were shipped directly from China, which was not disclosed at the time of purchase.
Second, and most importantly, I received the completely wrong seeds. I am an experienced gardener and I know exactly what Plumeria seeds look like (they have a distinct winged shape). What I received bears no resemblance to the plant advertised.
When I contacted customer service to rectify this obvious error, my return request was immediately declined with a generic message stating the item is "not eligible for return." Hiding behind a "no returns" policy when you have shipped a completely different product than what was ordered is unacceptable and a violation of consumer rights.
If you value your time and money, do not order from here. You will not receive what you paid for, and they will not help you when the wrong item arrives.

Avoid this seller. My experience with their seeds was awful. The seeds looked nothing like what I expected, and almost none sprouted. The one that did attracted a shocking number of pests, forcing me to discard everything. Customer service denied any wrongdoing, even after I provided photos showing the issue.
If I could rate zero, I absolutely would! How do they remain in business? Ordered chestnut tree seeds and received a bag of tiny seeds that are definitely not chestnut! I have no idea what these are! I contacted them, but they just sent tracking info claiming it was delivered. Clearly trying to mislead me. I took a risk and lost! I'm furious! They stole my money and want to brush me off! Avoid this seller!
Complete scam, don't waste your money on this website. I ordered $148 worth of seeds, but instead received small seeds that resembled cannabis. I immediately contacted my local authorities to avoid any legal issues. I filed a refund claim with my payment service and it was approved today. Always check reviews before purchasing and remember to claim your refund promptly.
