I am incredibly disappointed with this experience and feel it is necessary to warn other growers. I placed an order for Plumeria Rubra seeds (£39.00), expecting a legitimate product.
First, despite the branding implying otherwise, these seeds were shipped directly from China, which was not disclosed at the time of purchase.
Second, and most importantly, I received the completely wrong seeds. I am an experienced gardener and I know exactly what Plumeria seeds look like (they have a distinct winged shape). What I received bears no resemblance to the plant advertised.
When I contacted customer service to rectify this obvious error, my return request was immediately declined with a generic message stating the item is "not eligible for return." Hiding behind a "no returns" policy when you have shipped a completely different product than what was ordered is unacceptable and a violation of consumer rights.
If you value your time and money, do not order from here. You will not receive what you paid for, and they will not help you when the wrong item arrives.
