After providing photos, customer support claimed they sent an 'upgraded' version without my consent and did not offer a replacement or refund. The upgraded cups failed under normal use, leaving me with only 2 usable. Despite numerous follow-ups, the company did not correct the issue. However, they eventually sent the remaining cups after several weeks. While the resolution took time, I appreciate that they honored the original order.
