Review Time
I recently ordered one of these for a buddy of mine who is a huge golfer; needless to say, I ordered the golf ball. Unfortunately, a barrel mold arrived. Not a huge deal but the way they handled it was. All it took was an email to support to rectify the situation. A new one was sent out almost immediately. Great product and great support. I’ll be getting more come Christmas time.
I purchased three clear ice maker molds, but they all produced cloudy ice. When I reached out for help, I only received a generic list of solutions. In contrast, a competitor's clear ice maker produced clear ice under the same conditions. I doubt the product meets its advertised claims.
I received the D20 ice mold, and it's a very nice product that works as advertised. My only concern was the shipping time; it arrived later than expected due to holiday overseas shipping. The customer service was very helpful while I inquired about my order, but once it was dispatched, it was just a waiting game. Overall, my experience was positive, and I plan to purchase more products in the future, just allowing extra time for shipping!

I loved the clear ice spheres and Santa molds so much that I ordered another sphere and a barrel mold. When I received the wrong item, the support team was incredibly responsive. They quickly resolved the issue and even let me keep the incorrect item as a gift. I am very satisfied with both the service and the products!

I purchased the D20 Glazer Mini for myself, my brother, and a friend, and it has proven to be an excellent product. I was so impressed that I also bought the skull and sphere molds. I've seen some recent reviews about order issues, but I've had no problems with my four orders!
