15 out of 10. Ordering some stuff for my mother's birthday, I requested a message/note to go along with the package "happy birthday..etc" Peter, one of the guys from Original Beauty/Ziaja Irl actually called me and suggested that as he lives nearby my parents' house, could pick up a birthday card and "in my best handwriting" as he said, write my message on the card. He even whatsapped me a picture of the card. The package was then dropped by Peter to my parents' house, after office hours, in fairness. Consider me blown away by such a level of considerate service. My Mother, who loves Ziaja product anyway, blown away, would be an understatement. AND the cherry on top.. My Mother, whose birthday isn't for a few days yet, needed 'something to make her day' and THIS did that and more. Fair play and thanks Peter & Crew. Colin
