My first order arrived with a free gift and lots of free samples which was a great surprise. The products are very reasonably priced and smell great. I bought a face mask in Dunnes from this brand that was really good, which made me order more products. I have been looking for a cream that worked for months, really satisfied with the results from what I have ordered. The customer service attention to detail is really great and a surprise. I will be ordering again.
I had Alot of problems , showering ,in regards to using Body wash,Gel,s .I bought all the products for sensitive skin, Some over €15, To no avail, I ended up with my eyelid and side of my forehead ,with a rash, Very soar, itchy, My Sister in law , Saw an Olive oil Based Shower Gel, ZIAJA, . Since I started using it, I have no problems with dry skin, I used to get it iny Local Pharmacy, Up untill two weeks ago, When for some unknown reason , They were unable to Supply it, So I had everyone on the Lookout for it, Last week ,I was giving an address , of the Company, the Irish Address would have , ie, German de, Belgium, be, and so on, So It's Ziaja.ie , Ziaja.be, and so on , Also 5 - 500ml bottles delivered less than €30 . Not my first order from Ziaja and won’t be my last. Got a call from a sales person for ziaja saying one of my items was out of stock and if he could replace etc which was absolutely no problem. But my son had answered the phone lol and had a great chat before I even knew what he was up to. Inside my parcel was a little gift for my son. So lovely made my day and his. Thank you !
I bought products from this company believing them to be cruelty free as it states all over their website. I received the products and not one of them has a leaping bunny certified logo on them.I contacted their instagram page to query why this was and if they sold to China. I was told they had to remove their bunny logo in 2009 because basically they weren’t entitled to use it. I have the proof in a message yet she tried to make out they just don’t need to use it anymore.I also see they entered the Chinese market in 2019. This means they cannot be classed as cruelty free. The claims they are making on their website are misleading and illegal. If you care about animals at all and the pain they suffer through animal testing then please DO NOT buy from this brand
I recently tried the goats milk shampoo and conditioner and it's excellent, highly recommend, my hair is growing back after chemotherapy and it was extremely dry and these products leave my hair like silk very smooth, great value for money, I was using a well known expensive brand and these are far superior. Excellent customer service second to none they go above and beyond, highly recommended using these products.
Wow, these products are amazing value for money. I usually spend high prices on face care as I've found it to be worth the extra investment now that I'm older (almost 41) but I randomly decided to try their rose butter face night cream as I love products that are rose based. I am a convert! It was so good I ordered the rose butter day cream, goats milk enzyme peel and a pack of mask samples and my skin is the softest it's ever been. They also sent me a delightful little envelope of further samples. Highly recommended. (I have normal skin without any irritations or acne issues.)
