I ordered pajama bottoms in May. It is now late July and I haven’t received them even though tracking says they were received. I’ve asked repeatedly where the delivery was made and I’ve gotten no answer. Additionally, I’ve ordered an abstract cat pajama set for my daughter and what was delivered was Pooh bears instead of cats. I contacted the company and at that time they did respond to me and sent another pair which were exactly the same Pooh bear pair that they sent before. So I’m thinking that there’s not a lot of English spoken, giving them the benefit of the doubt. I don’t expect to receive a refund or even an answer about where on the Earth my two pajama pants are or even a refund at this point I will cut my losses and never ever ever order from them again.
