Similar to other experiences, I ordered two pairs on December 8, 2025. On December 15, I attempted to cancel the order due to the anticipated delay. I received an email on December 17 indicating that it was ready to ship. I tried to cancel again, but received no response. The package arrived from overseas on December 29. We are dissatisfied. We ordered a medium size, but it is cut too small. I submitted a return and refund request on December 29, and they responded on December 30, stating that I needed to return it to the overseas location, with a note to declare a low value, as they wouldn't accept it if the actual value was declared. Be cautious as you'll be dealing with a company overseas that has poor customer service. We are unhappy and will inform as many people as possible to avoid this situation. This could have been easily resolved with a cancellation.
