I reluctantly changed internet providers to origin, toke over a week to even change get home and no internet after getting the text it was active, now ive been on hold for over an hour and a half!!! Try to fix this on a Friday afternoon, tried their fancy press 9 to get a text message with their live chat..... with a AI robot after answering all the questions I got told its been escalated to a team member and they will be in contact, well that was an hour ago so dont know how thats skipping the phone line! Back on hold for god knows how long i wish I didnt change from IINet.
