Very easy. I wish I could say the same for Origin Electricity. I have been trying to renew our plan for about a week, and I am getting nowhere. There is an error message on both the app and the website. I have heard from three people so far. The last person asked me if I have a concession card, even though you have those details. I answered the question and provided details on Friday. I am still waiting for a reply. Update. Someone called me and my plan has now been renewed. Thanks.
