I had a great experience. My power was disconnected because I had not set up an account with Origin. I was unaware that multiple notices had been sent to my mail box which I don’t check.

Once Origin suggested I check my letter box I realised what had happened and I set up an account by phone and the whole process was straight forward. Then I changed my contact details to my email and set up a direct debit.
