I have had a similar experience to Catherine below. A huge increase in our service charges this year - 48%! Have been trying for over a month to get an explanation for this - I either get the housing manager stalling, or an accounts person who doesn't really know what they are talking about. At the same time, we have had scaffolding up for 3 months. We were due to have roofing repairs, but I have only seen a roofing company on one day of those 3 months. This is no exaggeration, as I work at home most of the week, so can see what is not going on with the repairs. A massive waste of our money! The incompetence of this company makes me really angry.
