I have called Origin and emailed them three times now. I was told I could not speak to a person when I called for the second time and that they take 5 days to answer an email or return a phone call! Unbelievable! Every year they make a mistake with updating my rent and buildings insurance. I wish a decent company would take this terrible company over. Can I have a reply to my emails and phone calls please.I have done exactly as you have put in your reply but to no avail
