3 Stars for Customer service but 5 Stars for the Origin Hybrid Mattress. I ordered this mattress to be delivered on Tuesday 20th January, waited in all day then received a txt from the delivery company SGK offering me Wednesday 21st. I wasn't happy as I choose 20th and took a day off work for it. So SGK said they would delivery both my mattress and pillow on Wednesday 21st between 6-9pm then at 8.30am on the day I had a call from SGK saying that one of the items would not be delivered I asked which one and she had no idea at all, I asked her to call me back and let me know, I heard nothing all day no call back at all then at 7.30pm the driver called saying he had only the pillow on his van to deliver, I said no point coming with just the pillow as I needed both. I contacted Origin and was told they would look into it and email me back. Never heard anything for a couple of days. Anyhow eventually arranged delivery with SGK for Saturday they said they will deliver both items between 6-9pm. I got a call from SGK at 9.15pm saying he will be with me at 9.50pm which is a bit late really to be honest but I just wanted my new Mattress and pillow as by now it had been 5 days since I arranged it to be delivered. The Mattress itself is amazing quality and lived up to what I wanted it to be. Had a great first nights sleep. It's such a shame I was let down by poor customer service.
