I've written a more detailed review of our experiences with Origin. To summarise:
- They sent us the wrong mattress. We received an older version of the Hybrid Pro, which is thinner and doesn't have a zipped topper.
- Their courier company turned up only to collect the mattress without delivering a replacement! We declined as would have nowhere to sleep!
- Courier company finally came with replacement mattress and took other one away.
- 4 days later, the replacement mattress still under the advertised 31cm depth at 28cm. As a result, the 31cm deep fitted sheets are still saggy.
We like: the free pillows are nice, and the mattress seems decent, and should (hopefully) be cooler than other mattresses we've had in the summer months.
We don't like: the very flimsy packaging is comes in, and the refusal to make amends with a decent goodwill gesture. They offered us and insulting 5% of our next purchase as an apology!
